We want to ensure that you are satisfied with the work of our consultants. Therefore, Cadeon guarantees that if you are dissatisfied with any Cadeon consultant within the first month of engagement there will be no charge for the work completed by the consultant up to that point. Simply tell us in writing within that first month. This guarantee applies only to hourly rate contracts. In addition, at Cadeon we have absolute confidence in the ability of our consultants to develop correct and high quality software. Therefore, on any project where Cadeon’s consultants have direct responsibility to gather and analyze business requirements, design, implement, unit test and functionally test the software, Cadeon will guarantee that the software will be correct* when finally delivered, otherwise we will work to fix it without charge, no matter the additional effort or cost required. After all, our mission at Cadeon is to develop reliable, adaptable and appropriate software for our clients and it's a mission that we stand firmly behind with our guarantees. This guarantee applies irregardless of the way that the project is delivered (i.e.: whether hourly, not to exceed etc.) * correct means that the software will support the business function with the expected level of quality and stability on final delivery to the end-user. Any such corrections under this guarantee must be communicated in writing to Cadeon within the agreed upon warranty period following final delivery of the software to the end-user (typically the system’s go-live date). |
